Key Responsibilities:
Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Coach caregivers on service quality, hospitality, and documentation standards Review charting to ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) Monitor resident health changes and communicate concerns promptly Support onboarding and mentor new team members Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma/GED and age 18+ CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care The role combines hands-on caregiving with leadership responsibilities, emphasizing professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.
