What We're Looking For Required:

Active Virginia RN license in good standing Minimum 2+ years of RN experience Recent experience in a Medicare-certified home health setting Strong knowledge of OASIS, case management, and quality assurance Supervisory or leadership experience

Preferred:

Background in home health, acute care, med/surg, or sub-acute settings
