Promote safety and policy compliance, proactively managing risk and supporting a culture of accountability. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and performance, fostering professional growth and team morale. Monitor and drive quality assurance initiatives that continuously improve resident care and operational excellence. Provide direct nursing support, including medication administration, as needed. 📘
What You'll Bring:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Required) At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications:
