Responsibilities Include:

Providing clinical leadership and support to nurses and therapists in the field Reviewing OASIS documentation and ensuring Medicare compliance Managing care plans (485s) and clinical documentation workflows Supporting onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development Serving as a clinical resource for triage and patient care guidance Driving quality outcomes and best practices across the office

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
