Responsibilities include:

• Approves requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders and changes.
• Overseas the scheduling of all patient services with the scheduling coordinator.
• Receives and approves patients re certifications and/or discharges.
• Audits physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility and content prior to forwarding to physician's office for signature.
• Reviews and signs all lab reports. Notifies physician of any clinical facts as the relate to the patient's condition
• Conducts in-home initial, recerts, and supervisory visits, etc. as necessary.
• Acts as back-up for the

DON/ADON/ALT. ADMINISTRATOR

as necessary. Job Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of VA from an accredited school of nursing required
• Must have proper knowledge of Home Health regulations and Reimbursement
• Minimum of one-year Home Health experience required
• Oasis experience required.
