The Nurse Manager Perioperative Services will oversee Surgical Services, including the Operating Room and related Perioperative Services and Procedural Services. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nurse Manager Surgery will receive strong administrative and interdisciplinary support while guiding daily operations, staffing, budgeting, performance improvement, policy development, staff education, and quality initiatives. The Nurse Manager Perioperative Services will collaborate with friendly nurses, surgeons, anesthesia professionals, technicians, educators, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals who value mutual respect, open communication, accountability, and compassionate care.
