Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real-time Monitor resident symptoms, administer medications for relief, and report any refusals or adverse reactions promptly Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs), transcribe physician orders, and support care plan updates Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications & Skills:
Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certifications Strong assessment and documentation abilities Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
