This position will facilitate the successful operation of the Residential Care Department. The Resident Services Director supervises other associates and coordinates Resident Care Programs to comply with state regulations.
Essential Functions:
Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership. Contribute to Community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow associates, physicians, pharmacies and other vendors or persons. Contribute to team effort by being flexible in work assignments, by furnishing support by taking initiative; and by understanding how this position affects and compliments all other Community positions. Able to maintain work pace appropriate to given work load. Perform activities on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality within specified tolerance.Skill:
Must have a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business administration, hospitability, gerontology, or another related field. Must have a valid Nursing License in the state of practice. This position also requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience, prior care experience in an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility, and valid First Aid and CPR Certification.EEOC Statement:
