Position Highlights:
1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) EMR system is EPIC $44.56- 54.
Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure:
At Hire:

Provide direct nursing care, including patient assessments, vital signs, medication administration, documentation, and patient education Supervise, coach, and support nursing and support staff, including scheduling, performance management, and staff development Coordinate daily clinic operations and patient flow in collaboration with providers and ancillary staff Assist providers with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and implementation of patient care plans Ensure compliance with YVFWC policies, HRSA, TJC, and regulatory standards Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous quality improvement initiativesQualifications:
Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing Active WA Registered Nurse license Dual Washington/Oregon licensure required within 120 days One year of experience as an RN required; Two years of supervisory experience is preferred Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC): If the RN holds a license from a participating NLC state, they must provide proof of primary state of residence and proof of completed suicide- prevention training during the first week of onboarding.
