We are now seeking a Health and Wellness Director to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission, leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care while fostering an environment that feels like home. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, an advocate for residents, and a leader who inspires their team to go above and beyond.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the Assisted Living Department and ensure our residents receive the best care possible. Conduct health assessments and create personalized service plans for residents. Coordinate healthcare services with providers, families, and team members. Lead, support, and mentor a team of compassionate care professionals. Maintain staffing guidelines to ensure seamless service and top-tier care.
What You'll Bring:
2 years' experience working in geriatric care. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field. Active nursing credentials are required. Previous management experience is required. A passion for leadership and making a real impact.

$103,000 - $106,000 annually
