Key responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations of the Medical Surgical unit, including staffing, patient outcomes, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance Lead, mentor, and develop nursing teams while promoting a culture of accountability and professional growth Drive recruitment, retention, engagement, and succession planning efforts Monitor operational and financial performance to achieve departmental goals Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care delivery Support strategic initiatives and organizational priorities Evaluate performance, conduct annual reviews, and provide ongoing coaching Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and organizational standards Promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and exceptional patient experiences Participate in patient care activities as needed What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse (RN) license; WA RN license by date of hire.
