Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Resident Care Coordinator to oversee all aspects of resident care, staff management, and regulatory compliance within our community. In this role, you will lead our care staff, manage resident engagement activities, and serve as the primary liaison between families, medical professionals, and management.
Key Responsibilities Resident Care Management:
Perform pre-residency and quarterly assessments; organize and lead quarterly Care Conferences with families to ensure tailored service delivery.
Team Leadership:
Screen, hire, train, and supervise Medication Technicians and Caregivers. Manage staff scheduling, handle call-outs, and provide ongoing coaching and annual state-required training.
Quality Assurance:
Lead the community's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program. Conduct routine audits on medication administration, documentation, and resident weights.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain full compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding senior care.
