Strengthen Teams. Improve Care. Community Health of Central Washington is seeking an experienced and collaborative RN Manager to provide organization-wide nursing practice leadership and drive clinical consistency, competency, safety, and innovation across our ambulatory sites and programs. Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Programming & Innovation (DCPI), this role partners with nursing, clinics, programs, and organizational leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective clinical programs, standardized workflows, evidence-based practices, and measurable improvements in care. This is a unique opportunity for an RN leader who enjoys developing people, improving systems, strengthening clinical practice, and leading change across multiple sites. This is a full-time position (40 hrs/wk, M-F).
Qualifications:
BSN and minimum of 3 years ambulatory clinical experience as an RN is required; MSN is preferred. Prior experience in nursing leadership, training, and/or education required. Advanced experience using an EHR (preferably EPIC) to support clinical workflows, documentation, reporting, and quality improvement required. WA RN license and BLS is required. Current driver's license and auto insurance is required. Fall Prevention Certification or willingness to obtain is preferred. Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU). Pre-employment drug screen is required. $100,110.40 - $127,441.60 hourly. $1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA).
