Seeking a Registered Nurse for the PM Supervising Nurse role at a long-term care facility specializing in Alzheimer's, dementia, rehabilitation, and behavioral care. Supervise LPNs and CNAs, oversee direct and indirect resident care, manage the unit, handle emergencies, complaints, and staffing issues. Assume facility management responsibilities in the absence of senior nursing staff. Qualifications include a graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current WI nursing license, and preferred experience in long-term care or FDD.
