Job Description

Are you and RN who would love to join our Team of Outstanding RN's at Clearview whose Compassion is at the Heart of Our Exceptional Care! Work in our beautiful state of the art building. Not your typical nursing home we provide a unique variety of services for short and long term needs. We need compassionate RN's to help care for residents on our unique households: Brain Injury Center, Behavioral Health, Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, as well as our nursing home residents. $2.00/Hour Shift Differential for
PM & NOC
shifts as well as $3.00/Hour Weekend Differentials.
Position Summary:
This position oversees and supervises nursing services for residents to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times within a safe environment; assists with activities of daily living, offers emotional and social support, and attends resident's overall physical comfort and wellbeing; also provides communication between medical providers, family members, and facility team for coordination of care.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associates degree in Nursing with two (2) years nursing experience working with the elderly or disabled population groups. Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Other Qualifications:
Registered Nurse License in the State of Wisconsin. Must possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
