In this role, you'll supervise and schedule staff, model person-centered supports, and ensure high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate care plans, oversee documentation, and respond to crises with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the group home to ensure safe, person-centered services. Lead, coach, and schedule direct support staff, ensuring appropriate coverage. Develop, implement, and monitor individual support and care plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and agency policies. Oversee accurate documentation, incident reports, and medication records. Coordinate with families, case managers, and healthcare providers. Respond to crises and behavioral challenges using approved interventions. Monitor quality of services and implement improvements as needed.
