Registered Nurse Supervisor Salary:
$44.00/hr + based upon years of experience.Schedule:

Duties:
- Ensures that the residents are provided with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan
- Assures that all staff complete required compliance training and processes
- Responsible for serving as a mentor to new licensed nurses, providing orientation, assisting with training and making recommendations to nursing administration
- Assists with new employee selection and hiring process
- Evaluates the skills of New Licensed Nurses and makes recommendations to management regarding the state of a new employee's orientation program
- Communicates new programs, interventions and new procedures with the Licensed Nurse Staff.

Qualifications:
- RN license is required
- At least 2-year experience as a licensed nurse
