None Responsibilities Provide overnight leadership and operational support throughout the hospital Coordinate patient flow, admissions, staffing, and bed placement Respond to Rapid Response, Code Blue, Trauma, and other emergency situations Support the Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical Unit, Women's Health, Surgery, and PACU Assist with IV starts, medication administration, blood draws, and other nursing interventions as needed Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams Help resolve patient and family concerns while promoting excellent patient care Support staffing decisions and ensure safe nurse-to-patient coverage Maintain accurate documentation using the electronic medical record Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience Current BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Current PALS Certification NRP preferred Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills Excellent IV therapy and general acute care nursing skills Preferred Experience House Supervisor Nursing Supervisor Charge Nurse Emergency Department (ED) Medical-Surgical Nursing Women's Health PACU Hospital Operations Bed Management Patient Flow Coordination Rapid Response Code Blue Trauma Response Acute Care Leadership Technology Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Why Apply?
