Full-Time Make a Difference Every Day Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse who loves leading teams and improving the lives of older adults? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee the clinical operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. In this leadership role, you will partner with the Executive Director to ensure exceptional resident care, support and develop caregiving staff, coordinate healthcare services, and maintain compliance with state regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about serving seniors while utilizing both clinical and leadership skills. What You'll Do Complete assessments for new and current residents Oversee medication management and clinical documentation Develop and update resident care plans Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and family members Support residents through hospital admissions and returns to the community Supervise, coach, and develop caregiving staff Conduct staff training related to resident care and regulatory compliance Monitor quality assurance initiatives and clinical outcomes Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS 83 and DHS 89 regulations Qualifications Required ✅ Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license ✅ Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, assisted living, skilled nursing, or a related setting ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ✅ Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and team members Preferred ⭐ Experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care ⭐ Knowledge of Wisconsin DHS 83 and DHS 89 regulations ⭐ BSN degree Why Join Our Team?
