About the Role The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will partner closely with experienced Clinical Directors and operational leaders to learn all aspects of clinical leadership within assisted living. This position is designed to build the next generation of clinical leaders by providing real-world experience in: Resident care management and oversight Regulatory compliance and survey readiness Clinical documentation and quality assurance Staff development, coaching, and retention Leadership and team building Resident assessments and service planning Risk management and healthcare operations Family communication and customer service excellence This role offers a defined pathway to a future Clinical Director position for the right candidate who demonstrates leadership potential, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to excellence.
