Additional Notes:

Our inpatient rehab hospital can high acuity at times and functions very similarly to a medical surgical unit. All nurses are required to jump in and help the C.N.As and answer call lights for patient safety.

Attendance Policy:

All agency will adhere to our internal attendance and tardy policy.

Scheduling and Time Keeping:

30-minute breaks are mandatory unless approved by the supervisor. Staff must clock out for 30 minutes each shift. Staff will have (2

• 15 minute paid breaks for a 12-hour shift.

Staff are not permitted to stay past their shift end time unless approved by the house supervisor.
