•West Allis, WI (on-site position)

Status:
Part-Time or Full-Time Schedule:

3rd shift (NOC) 10pm

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility's team. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive clinical environment. This leadership role serves as a resource for nurses, CNAs, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. _________________________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Ensure delivery of quality resident-centered care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state/federal regulations Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges Review and follow up on incident reports, medication errors, and resident concerns Assist with staffing assignments and scheduling needs Provide coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to nursing staff Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Monitor infection prevention practices and quality assurance initiatives Respond to emergencies and provide direct resident care as needed Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for residents Participation in weekend and holiday rotation __________________________________________________________

Qualifications:

Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Experience with electronic medical records (EMS) (preferred) Previous long-term care, rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of Wisconsin DHS regulations, CMS requirements, and nursing standards CPR/BLS certification required Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience (preferred) _________________________________________________________
