Experience & Requirements:

Current Basic Life Support Certification Active RN License Work experience: New Grad are okay.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing team. Plan, organise, and coordinate nursing services. Ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff. Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce allocation. Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Oversee infection prevention and patient safety programmes. Manage the nursing department's budget and resources. Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
