The Dietetic Technician position is responsible for: Assisting the Registered Dietitians in the development and implementation of nutritional interventions for the patient population. Monitoring client/patient tolerance and acceptance of the diet. Developing and presenting training programs for food service staff. Running Computrition computer software for food production reports, and other related work.
