This role combines beverage preparation, nutrition-focused customer service, and sales. As a Beverage & Nutrition Specialist, you will prepare specialty beverages, educate customers on nutrition and wellness options, and help drive sales through product recommendations and upselling. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Duties Prepare and serve specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. Educate customers on menu options, ingredients, nutrition information, and wellness benefits. Recommend beverages, add-ons, upgrades, and product bundles based on customer preferences and goals. Consistently upsell products and promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. Build strong relationships with customers and create a welcoming, positive atmosphere. Engage with customers to understand their health, wellness, and nutrition goals. Promote daily specials, loyalty programs, and featured products. Accurately process transactions and handle customer payments. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the store. Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed. Assist with marketing events, community outreach, and customer engagement initiatives. Support team goals and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, nutrition, fitness, or food and beverage. Previous sales or upselling experience. Interest in healthy living, sports nutrition, fitness, or wellness coaching. Experience preparing beverages is a plus but not required . Skills Passion for nutrition, health, fitness, and wellness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a natural ability to build relationships. Comfortable recommending products and confidently upselling to customers. Sales-driven with the ability to meet performance goals. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
