The Cafeteria Technician shall be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals. The Cafeteria Technician is administratively responsible to the Cafeteria Manager. : 1. Preparation of meals to be served in the central dining room. As directed by the manager. 2. Maintain the kitchen and dining areas to ensure acceptable standards of cleanliness and Louisiana State Board of Health Requirements. 3. Assist the manager as directed in maintaining the food service program. : The Cafeteria Technician should have two years' experience in an institutional setting. This experience includes meal preparation and adherence to local, state and federal laws.
