POSITION:

SUBSTITUTE NUTRITION SERVICES WORKER/COOK
All Buildings
HOURS:
​ As needed, throughout the school year.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, have knowledge of school Nutrition basics, be able to lift 40 lbs., and must be ServSafe & Allergen Certified. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • ​ Prepare meals in accordance with the National School Lunch Program
  • ​ Put away stock and rotate on First In-First Out basis
  • ​ Serving meals
  • ​ Operating meal magic register
  • ​ Keep freezer, cooler & dry storage organized & clean
  • ​ Order products that fall below par balances
  • ​ Cooking meals as needed for school sites
  • ​ Any other duty assigned by the Nutrition Director
