EDUSTAFF POSTING
August 24, 2026POSITION:
SUBSTITUTE NUTRITION SERVICES WORKER/COOK
All BuildingsHOURS:
As needed, throughout the school year.JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, have knowledge of school Nutrition basics, be able to lift 40 lbs., and must be ServSafe & Allergen Certified. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:- Prepare meals in accordance with the National School Lunch Program
- Put away stock and rotate on First In-First Out basis
- Serving meals
- Operating meal magic register
- Keep freezer, cooler & dry storage organized & clean
- Order products that fall below par balances
- Cooking meals as needed for school sites
- Any other duty assigned by the Nutrition Director
