Pay:

$44.09 - $70.54/hour based on experience + $20,000 retention bonus, $7,500 relocation assistance, and temporary housing available! Full benefits included. This Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the following duties: Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapy plans and adjust based on patient progress Establish measurable goals and coordinate discharge planning Educate patients, families, and care teams on treatment strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate Participate in departmental operations and quality improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current or eligible Occupational Therapist license in Alaska BLS certification required Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills Acute care experience preferred (required for certain roles)
