Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to helping children achieve their developmental milestones and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with children and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that address each child's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide direct therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, sensory, and physical challenges. Educate and support families in understanding their child's needs and the therapy process. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each child. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress. Stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Experience working with children in a pediatric setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Passion for helping children and making a difference in the community.
