About the
Role:
Everything On The Spectrum LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for clients across the spectrum Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and daily living skills Provide direct OT intervention in clinic, home, or community-based settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including BCBAs, SLPs, and other therapists Educate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home programming Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Alabama state OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure NBCOT certification (or eligibility to sit for exam) Experience working with pediatric populations, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or neurodivergent individuals preferred Knowledge of sensory integration, NDT, or other evidence-based OT frameworks Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented demeanor
