Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Active OT license required Experience providing school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred Understanding of IEP documentation and participation in IEP meetings a plus Effective written and verbal communication skills Compassionate, flexible, and organized approach to student careRole Responsibilities:
Deliver direct OT services to approximately 35 elementary students, averaging 18 direct service hours per week Work across multiple school sites, providing each student with 30 minutes of OT weekly Complete detailed documentation in accordance with school and district requirements Attend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement Adapt interventions to meet diverse needs in dynamic classroom environmentsBenefits & Perks:
