Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our residents Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and potential barriers to care Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive, physical, and sensory-based interventions Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and meetings to ensure comprehensive care delivery Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

degree in Occupational Therapy Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
