Details Acute care hospital setting within the OT department 13-week contract assignment Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Requirements Occupational Therapy license required if applicable Full 7-year work history with any gaps explained required for consideration Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Additional Information All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
