Ready to help K-12 students develop the fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills they need to succeed? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in a dynamic K-12 role in Maricopa, AZ, during the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess students' functional abilities and identify barriers affecting educational participation and success. Develop individualized treatment plans, establish measurable goals, and collaborate as an active member of the multidisciplinary IEP team. Deliver direct and consultative evidence-based occupational therapy services to enhance students' fine motor, sensory-motor, and daily living skills within the educational environment.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card School-based or pediatric experience preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
Earn $46.10 - $51.60 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
