Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Arizona Current Arizona Fingerprint clearance card Experience in a school-based setting is valued, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needsfrom early childhood through high school Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other service providers Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with district and state policies Support students across various campus locations as needed
