Occupational Therapist- Full Time

Full-Time Occupational Therapist needed to join our Therapy Team in Peoria, AZ!! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team on a Full-time basis . Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, strokes, or post-surgical conditions. Provide direct patient care focused on functional recovery, safety, and improved quality of life. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans Document according to facility and CMS guidelines. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides in direct patient care and patient related activities and adhere to facility Supervision Policy and Procedure Matrix Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems and plans Educate patients and families on therapeutic goals and safe discharge planning

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Arizona
• Prior inpatient or outpatient rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice
• CPR certification
