The classic, rewarding clinical journey. You'll own your caseload from the initial comprehensive evaluation through weekly, play-based treatment sessions and graduation.

Assessment & Evaluation Specialist:

Prefer the diagnostics? Focus entirely on evaluations and comprehensive sensory/motor assessments . You'll crack the developmental puzzle, write clinical reports, and hand off tailored care plans to our treatment team—no long-term weekly treatment caseload required! Potential:

Conduct thorough, evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations to identify challenges in fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care.

Architect Care Plans:

Design, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based pediatric practices to maximize a child's functional independence. Lead Dynamic Therapy (For Treatment Track): Deliver high-quality, engaging, and play-based interventions utilizing sensory swings, fine-motor tools, and daily activities. Empower the

Work alongside our speech, physical, and behavior therapy teams to provide holistic, interdisciplinary support to every child. What You'll Need to

Shine Education:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure:

Valid Occupational Therapist license (or immediate eligibility to obtain one) in our state.

Pediatric Passion:

Prior experience treating or evaluating pediatric populations (including children with neurodevelopmental disorders, autism, or developmental delays) is highly preferred.
