Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:30
PM Experience:
24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months. Travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona. Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at

TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at
Program:
TrioWFS Program - Banner Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
Must have a minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience (with recent experience in last 12 months). Must be experienced and willing to work Ortho.
Required Credentials:
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
Shift & Scheduling:
RTO cannot exceed 7 days.
Special Requests:
No RTO during the first week of assignment. No travel pairs or trios.
Floating Requirements:
Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any. 7 days maximum time off.
Start assignment restriction:
7 days 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years Driver's license required for submission

BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
