Job Description
Occupational Therapist AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is available for the 2026/2027 school year. Occupational Therapist (OT)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university Must possess or be eligible for an Occupational Therapist License in the State of Arizona. Current NBCOT certification Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card At least one year of relevant work experience in a school and/or pediatric setting(s) preferred. BLS/CPR Cert. Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., standing, sitting, lifting up to 40 lbs)

Pay:
$53 to $58 per hour based on experience Weekly pay range: $2,120
•2,320 gross per week.
Essential Functions:
Evaluate patients by observing their movements, performing standardized tests, and listening to their concerns to establish an individualized plan of care. Competent care rendered to patients. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, modalities, and hands-on therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and motivate them to reach their goals. Provide continuity of care by communicating pertinent patient information with the rehab team, physicians, and other disciplines as needed. Document all patient care in accordance with department policies. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
