Job Overview Join our team in redefining pediatric care. Total Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech services to children in the North Valley. Our unique, collaborative model allows us to meet the evolving needs of our community by delivering high-impact, individualized therapy. Therapeutic Excellence:
Delivering evidence-based, holistic, and personalized treatments. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate the functional and developmental abilities of pediatric patients. Develop personalized care plans incorporating goals for motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living (ADLs), and social participation. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and adaptive behaviors. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PT, SLP, educators, and medical staff) for comprehensive care and seamless discharge planning. Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support ongoing development outside the clinic. Manage clinical documentation meticulously, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or certification (or eligibility to obtain). Proven experience working with pediatric populations. Excellent communication skills to engage children and effectively educate families. Pay:
$42.00 - $44.00 per hour
