This position requires providing occupational therapy services directly within a school setting, with a caseload to be determined. The role is contracted from August 3, 2026, through May 26, 2027, and demands an onsite presence during regular school hours, approximately 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor and document student progress while adjusting therapy plans as needed. Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license. Completion of IVP Fingerprint Card as required by state law. Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adapt to changing student needs.
