Desired Qualifications:

Licensed (or pending license) as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is strongly preferred Comfortable providing OT in multiple delivery modes: onsite, home health, and teletherapy Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering effective therapy interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12 with varying needs Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP meetings Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with students' goals Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress reports Consult with educators, families, and other specialists to generalize skills into school routines Adapt therapy to in-class, telehealth, and home-based modalities as needed
