Qualifications:
Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license and current fingerprint clearance card (AZ OT and fp card required) Demonstrated skills working in schools, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy settings Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, adaptability, and organization skills Previous school-based experience is beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Occupational Therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Assess students' functional abilities and develop customized treatment plans Deliver services through in-person, home-based, or teletherapy formats as appropriate Document progress, attend relevant meetings, and consult with teachers and families Adapt strategies and resources to meet diverse student needs
