Occupational Therapist (OT) Yuma, AZ Full-Time | Days | 80
Hours Every Two Weeks Compensation:
$49.40 - $74.09/hour Actual pay is based on experience, education, and applicable differentials. Advance Your Career as an Occupational Therapist We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join a leading regional medical center in Yuma, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative rehabilitation team while helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Schedule Full-Time Day Shift 80 Hours Every Two Weeks Job Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence. Design and implement therapeutic exercise and activity programs to improve strength, range of motion, coordination, and functional mobility. Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, prosthetics, energy conservation, joint protection, and home exercise programs. Supervise and direct Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to ensure quality patient care and achievement of treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications Required:
