  • Antioch, CA | 2026-2027 School Year Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based opportunity in Antioch, California during the 2026-2027 school year.
This position will serve students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through age 22 and includes a combination of direct therapy, consultation, and assessment responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services based on students' individual needs and IEPs.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers, families, and other members of the educational team.
  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and monitor individualized OT goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and service records.
  • Support students in developing functional skills that promote participation and independence within the educational environment.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible California Occupational Therapist license
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Experience conducting assessments and providing direct and consultative services preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.86 to $63.86. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
