Pay Rate:

$60-$67 per hour | $3,000 Assignment Bonus

• Responsibilities Assess students' fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reporting Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements Support students in maximizing independence and participation within the school environment Qualifications Active California Occupational Therapist License required Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Why Choose SHC Education?
