- Locations in Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County•Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) AND Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert therapy services to diverse patient populations across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, home health, and school environments. Your primary focus will be on enhancing patient mobility, independence, and quality of life through personalized treatment plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in individuals' lives while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized occupational or physical therapy treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient needs. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and functional recovery. Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments, including evaluating physiology, anatomy, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Collaborate with speech therapists, case managers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies. Manage electronic health records (EHR), ensuring accurate documentation of clinical notes, progress reports, and medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Support discharge planning by preparing patients for transition to home, community programs, or other care settings. Provide specialized therapy for populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, or those requiring post-acute or skilled nursing facility care. Requirements Valid licensure as a PT or OT in the applicable state or region. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders support, or pediatric occupational therapy is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to patient goals. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and clinical documentation standards. Experience working across various settings such as inpatient acute care units—including ICU—outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health environments, or schools. Proven skills in case management and implementing occupational therapy programs that align with evidence-based practices. Excellent client communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Join us in delivering innovative therapy solutions that transform lives! Pay:
From $32.56 per hour Expected hours: No less than 12.0 per week
