Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Arvin Post Acute | Arvin, CA (Bakersfield Area) Skilled Nursing Facility Competitive Pay | New Grads Welcome! Pay range $60-$65 hourly
BOE Description:
Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, treat, and support residents in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop customized treatment plans Deliver hands-on OT care per physician orders Supervise and mentor COTAs and aides Document progress and participate in team care planning Support discharge planning with training and equipment recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Current CA OT license CPR certified SNF/rehab experience preferred
