Essential Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required Current California OT license or eligibility to obtain it Experience working in school settings is advantageous, though not mandatory Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, families, and colleagues Excellent organizational skills and a heart for helping students thrive

Core Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' fine motor, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy interventions tailored to each student's needs Collaborate daily with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members Deliver therapy through both one-on-one and small group sessions Accurately document progress, contribute to IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with district standards Beyond the
