About the Role As a Vision Correction Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients exploring life-changing procedures like LASIK, Zeiss
SMILE, EVO
ICL, and refractive cataract surgery. You'll guide patients through their journey—from initial consultation to post-op care—ensuring they feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way. This is more than a sales role—it's a chance to be a trusted advisor, a patient advocate, and a vital part of a high-performing team in a rapidly growing field. What You'll Do Patient Education & Sales Conduct consultations and educate patients on personalized vision correction options Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless and supportive patient experience Track sales metrics, manage your pipeline, and celebrate your wins with a rewarding commission structure Lead Engagement Manage outbound calls with professionalism and empathy Follow communication scripts while personalizing each interaction Confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and perform virtual introductions and consultations Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and turn every call into a positive experience Engage with leads across platforms like social media, Yelp, and Google to generate interest and build relationships Coordination & Collaboration Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in our CRM Assist with diagnostic exams, pre/post-op instructions, and EMR documentation Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to align efforts and maximize impact Take initiative on special projects and contribute to team goals Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (required) 2+ years of proven sales experience required (experience in medical or elective procedures is a plus) Confidently and professionally discusses vision correction procedures with prospective patients Demonstrates strong communication skills with close attention to detail Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and strong computer proficiency Have aptitude to learn CRM systems A self-starter mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize A warm, personable, and professional demeanor Primarily based in City of Industry, with flexibility to work in Irvine, Riverside, San Marino, and Westminster as needed Availability to work Saturdays High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join IQ Laser Vision?
